Try a fictional garden signup
Maya Chen is completing a sample community garden form.
- Save the scanned form as a PDF. Open Document Forge and choose the file.
- Choose Add text, click by the name line, and type Maya Chen. Drag the text into place and adjust Text size if needed.
- Add maya.example@example.com on the email line. Choose Checkmark for a printed checkbox.
- Choose Review & download. Check each page, prepare the PDF, then open the saved copy and inspect the entries.
Printed lines on a scan are not editable fields. This tool does not recognize handwriting or change the original page text.
